"Pretty good for the price"
I got a display case from them and, i’m happy with it overall. The price seemed decent compared to a few other places I looked at, and once it was set up it looked nice enough. Shipping was maybe a bit slower than I expected, and the box had a little dent or something, but everything inside was fine. It’s not totally perfect, but for what I paid, I’d probably order from them again.

I mounted this on the wall and, once it was up, it felt really sturdy. It took me a little while to get everything lined up properly, but after that there was no wobbling at all. Overall, I’d say it was worth the extra effort for how solid it feels.

I had this weird-sized model car that didn’t fit in any regular display cases, so being able to choose the size, base, and cover style was really nice. I’m not usually great with custom options, but this was straightforward, and I liked that I could actually get it how I pictured it.

It showed up and fit the car just right, which was a relief. Looks clean on the shelf too, and now I’m kind of noticing another model that could use one. I’d definitely order again if I need another custom case

"Helpful support, but the communication could’ve been clearer"
Customer service got back to me quickly and they did fix the issue with my order fast, which I appreciated. That said, I was a little annoyed because the communication wasn’t super clear at first, so I had to ask a few extra questions to understand what was going on. Overall, they helped me out, but it could’ve been smoother.

"Really sturdy case for my signed helmet"
I got a display case from betterdisplaycases.com for one of my signed helmets, and it’s been better than I expected. The acrylic is nice and thick, not that cheap bendy stuff, which was the main thing I was worried about when I ordered it.
I’ve had it for a few months now, moved it around a couple times, and it still looks good. No cracks, nothing coming loose, no weird bending or anything like that. It just feels solid, and yeah, I’m happy with it.

The display case itself is really nice. The acrylic is clear, it feels sturdy, and overall the quality seems solid. I did have a question before/after ordering and felt kind of ignored when I didn’t get much of a response, which was frustrating, but the case itself is good.

"Fit was spot on"
I ordered a custom case the sizing came out exactly right. My item fit perfectly with no weird gaps or looseness, which was a relief. I’ve had bad luck with custom orders before, so if this one hadn’t turned out right I probably would’ve looked elsewhere next time, but this was a solid experience.
